It is important that you read the following terms before submitting your enquiry form and medical questionnaire. We cannot process your application without your confirmation that you understand our conditions.

Dubai Surgery will act as a third party between you and specialised surgeons in Dubai.

•

All medical disputes must be resolved between the client and surgeon directly in line with Dubai’s medical regulations. Dubai Surgery is not liable for any dissatisfaction directly related to surgery.

Under Dubai law we are bound to remind you that medical procedures carry an element of risk including dissatisfaction with the results.

•

Our quotes depend entirely on the client’s medical requirements. Medical costs will cover the initial enquiry discussions, consultation, support and transportation as well as treatment. Should you require flights, accommodation or have any other requirements these will be quoted separately.

Medical quotes do not take into account any extra expense as a result of complications or extra days spent in Dubai to recuperate.

•

When you have confirmed your treatment and booking details (as well as flights and accommodation if necessary) we require a deposit of 50 per cent of the cost. Six weeks before your arrival in Dubai we require you to pay the outstanding balance. Should you cancel for whatever reason only 20 per cent of the total fee will be refunded.

We insist that all our clients thoroughly discussing their requirements with our surgeons before carrying out treatments. We are here to help and our surgeons’ reputations are at stake. If you are unsure of anything it is important that you clarify the details with our medical professionals.
